need a low carb, low fat snack idea...
that also tastes good!!! (is there such a thing?

I am bringing snack for our Bible study group this week,and several of them are on the 17day diet, which limits carbs quite a bit,and also is a lower fat plan. They are on various stages of the diet, so I think I would be ok bringing some kind of dip with veggies. Or a cheese spread or something?
any other ideas?
