Just got one for my birthday...not sure what I am going to use it for as we don't normally do a lot of fried foods...does anyone have a great recipe to use with it so I can give it a try?

Well, I love to buy egg rolls in the deli section and fry them and serve them with sweet and sour sauce.
If I had a deep fat fryer, I would love to try this Fried Chicken recipe. It is supposed to be fabulous.
