We're in the midst of packing to move. We close in 2 1/2 weeks, and we intend to be sleeping in our rental house 2 weeks from tonight BUT, I have a contract question ....... Do I leave curtains rods here? The contract sitpulates all kinds of little things (some silly) and specifically mentions leaving the miniblinds, but has no mention of curtain rods. There are some I intend to leave that I can't use, and the curtain and rod in the den was custom made (by the previous owner), and I'll leave that, BUT the rods in our bedroom and the bonus room are nice ones that I bought that I can use again. Can I take them with me? I would think so since it's not mentioned in the contract.

(BTW, we don't have an agent or I'd ask her. The buyers have an agent, but I don't want to ask her because I'm afraid I'd get a biased opinion -- and she can be quite yucky to deal with )
