    I don't know if this will help those of you that have to cook gluten free but it might. http://stephanieodea.com/store/ All the recipes in both books are gluten free!

    Yes, this site has been mentioned lots around here. I especially love her Falafel's {all though we top them with homemade ranch style dressing} & her black bean soup.

    I LOVE that Falafel recipe!! You do have to trust that it will work, but once you trust...you are rewarded with some really results!!
