having a potluck at church tomorrow. (I know this is very last minute!!!)

What kinds of dishes do you take for a potluck? We need to take a main dish,and there are not enough outlets for crockpots, so they'd prefer something that can either be heated in the oven ,or a cold dish.

any ideas ?
