    Default Nutrition resources?

I need to have a major food overhaul here. We have been eating too much packaged junk food. Especially bad since we are vegetarians.

Our teen passed out serving mass yesterday morning. He was overheated and barely ate any breakfast before leaving for church. I am forcing the issue with him on eating breakfast. He is an athlete and is very skinny. He really doesn't eat enough and I have just realized there might be some food issues going on with him. Thinking about comments he makes and the like. I am going to be keeping a very close watch with him.

Anyway...that was an awful long story to get to looking for any favorite resources for eating well. I have considered adding some meat into our diet. I think Veronica with her limited diet might do well to have some broths added in and some changes for her food choices. So I need some good resources if anyone can share.

    Thanks.

Are you in Pinterest at all? I get the best healthy recipe ideas on that site!!!

I've been experimenting with going vegan, but have realized it's way better to eat clean and balanced than to omit meat for the sake of ommitting meat. I was starting to eat a lot of processed things like Morning Star patties and realized I felt AWFUL after consuming these "foods". I could also feel my muscle mass decreasing. I'm still researching it a lot, but I am not willing to settle for a bunch of soy junk and feel like crap, I'd rather eat clean and include some meat.

One of my favorite books, nice and simple is Food Rules. Eating healthy is not always easy.
